Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on the way.
Shipping & Rates
We currently ship within the United States via USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
Tracking
Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking info to update.
Issues with Delivery
Brandi Grace Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. For delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
